In this recent office furniture install directed by Sales rep Kate Mikkelsen, the OFR team transformed this satellite office into a stylish, functional, and perfectly blended workspace. OFR provided new and used furniture, space planning services, and delivery & installation services. It consisted of 7,500 square feet of renovated space located all on one floor in a multi-story building located in the Wauwatosa Research Park area.

By utilizing a blend of pre-owned and new office furniture, our customer saved 50% over the cost of all-new – especially on the cubicles and chairs. A mix of pre-owned and new product helps in coordinating with new finishes and saving on costs.
