The delivery and installation of your new office furniture is the last and most important step in assuring a functioning, clean and pleasing work environment. Our installers are furniture experts with decades of specialized experience.
Installing cubicle panel systems demands expertise that most movers don’t have. Because OFR carries dozens of different furniture lines, we rely on installation crews that have a broad range of experience and the flexibility to solve problems in the field.
Local Pick Up, Delivery & Installation Illinois & Wisconsin
Pick Up
We serve Milwaukee, Chicago, and Madison. Our stores in Milwaukee and Chicago have dock pick up by appointment; our crew will help load your vehicle. Smaller items in lower quantities (1 desk chair, for example) can be taken home the same day. Other items (desk sets, for example), require a few days to prep for scheduled pick up.
Delivery & Installation
We offer local Delivery & Installation from our locations in Milwaukee, Chicago and Madison. Our experienced furniture installation partners provide a professional, safe and tidy installation. OFR sales representatives manage the delivery & installation process, working with you for an excellent result. We offer both Union and Non-Union installation in the Chicago area. Pricing is quoted per project.
Out of State Shipping, Delivery & Installation
Single desk chairs only. We have a selection of desk chairs that can be shipped in the continental USA to business and residential addresses for a Ground UPS charge. Assembly will be required. At this time, none of our other products can be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground due to their size and weight.
Quantity 4+ Desk Chairs. We can ship larger quantities of desk chairs via LTL Freight to business addresses. This service is not available to residential addresses. Charges for the packaging, palletizing, and LTL Freight charges are estimated at time of purchase. Prior to shipment, the freight rate is requoted/confirmed and charged in full. Freight rates are subject to change and fuel surcharges. Buildings without a dock will incur an additional charge for a Lift Gate delivery. LTL Freight shipping does not include inside delivery, unpackaging, debris removal, assembly, or installation.
We can ship single quantity large items LTL Freight to business addresses; however, low quantities of items incur high freight charges compared to the purchase price. For single items and low quantities, we recommend shopping as locally as possible to reduce transit, costs, as well as freight damage risk.
We can ship larger quantities of cubicles and desks via LTL Freight to business addresses. This service is not available to residential addresses.
