When our client set out to create a fresh, functional, and beautifully cohesive office environment, they turned to OFR to bring their vision to life. From private workspaces to collaboration zones and café areas, OFR delivered a dynamic mix of new, used, and recycled furnishings that balanced performance, aesthetics, and value. Sales Rep Kate Mikkelsen helped her client furnish 25 cubicles, 10 private offices, 2 conference rooms, 1 break room/café, 3 phone/hotel rooms, 1 collaboration meeting area, 1 collaboration lounge area, and 75 chairs & stools.

Vibrant Touches in Collaborative Spaces

To add warmth and color, OFR installed Davis green side chairs throughout open meeting areas – an energetic contrast against the grey palette and a perfect fit for impromptu huddles.

Break Room & Café Refresh

The café became a standout space thanks to a blend of stylish and functional pieces:

  • Herman Miller banquettes

  • A mix of and rectangular café tables and bar-height tables

  • Green and white stacking chairs for easy mobility

  • White stools that bring a clean, modern aesthetic

This combination created a comfortable, welcoming spot for meals, casual conversations, and creative thinking.

Phone Rooms & Hoteling Stations

For focused work and visiting team members, the office now features OTG desk shells with desktop power integrated for convenience. Employees are seated in SitOnIt mesh desk chairs, providing breathable comfort in compact spaces.

Conference Room Upgrades

The conference rooms were updated with new OTG meeting tables equipped with field-installed Byrne power units, ensuring connectivity for presentations and collaboration. Kimball conference chairs complete the space, adding a professional and polished feel.

Collaboration Zone Innovation

The open collaboration area showcases OFR’s ability to blend new and repurposed elements:

  • New OTG standing-height tables

  • Custom EPR bullet media tables built with used bases – a sustainable, cost-savvy solution

  • Herman Miller Setu stools

  • Rolling whiteboards that support flexible brainstorming and team sessions
