Office Furniture Resources' Satisfaction Guarantee
Effective for all purchases made on or after 4/13/2026.
New furniture: The manufacturer’s warranty applies to new office furniture purchased from Office Furniture Resources. Proof of purchase from OFR is required.
Pre-owned Furniture*: If your pre-owned furniture purchased from Office Furniture Resources fails under normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it. Proof of purchase from OFR is required; exclusions apply.
Refurbished Furniture*: If your refurbished furniture purchased from Office Furniture Resources fails under normal use, within three years of purchase, we will repair or replace it. Proof of purchase from OFR is required; exclusions apply.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, 24-hour use, fabric, abuse, misuse or accident, installation or modification by others, damage in transit, normal variations in color, finish or grain.
*Pre-owned office furniture is in good condition, but not perfect. Minor imperfections and blemishes are expected. OFR’s Satisfaction Guarantee covers functionality; we strive to provide pre-owned and refurbished furniture that performs well, looks good and saves you money.
Office Furniture Resources, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect. OFR shall not be liable for damage incurred during misuse, transport, or reconfiguration after initial installation.
Office Furniture Resources, Inc retains the right to inspect the final installation of the product and to make it right through repair or replacement. Repair includes all labor and parts to repair. Replacement is of the same make/model of chair if available, if not; a replacement will be of similar make/model.
Pickup and delivery for repair and/or replacement is not included.
